The transmission of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale , which are the only ones applicable to the order.
Right to return products and withdrawal deadline
Working exclusively with vintage and "second hand" garments, I don't rely on mass production mechanisms. Each garment I select is to be considered a unique piece. Nevertheless, it is possible to make a change under the following conditions:
1) The request for exchange must be submitted no later than 12 hours from receipt of the package.
2) Send an email to email@example.com with the following data:
SUBJECT - Change of boss
BODY TEXT: Explain clearly the reasons why you want to make the change.
ANNEXES - 3 clear photos documenting the problem.
3) The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent, with the tag intact and packaged appropriately.
4) The return shipment and any shipping of the new product are charged to the customer.
The company reserves a period of 12 hours to evaluate the exchange request.
In any case, the acceptance or rejection of the request will be communicated to the customer.
Any guarantee performance is excluded if a defect or damage was caused by handling errors, insufficient maintenance or treatment contrary to the normal methods of use. Furthermore, [Nicolò Puccini] will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the customer following the non-execution of the contract for reasons not attributable to him.
Important : the customer must always keep the invoice (or receipt) and the item with the tag intact. With the lack of one of these elements, no appeal can be accepted.
